Champagne Management Group, LLC was founded by Lieutenant Colonel Kursteen N. Champagne (U.S. Army, Ret.), a Service-Disabled Veteran with over two decades of distinguished military service supporting complex defense and acquisition programs. During her 22-year Army career, she held numerous leadership roles across communications, cyber operations, program management, and acquisition within organizations including the Missile Defense Agency, Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier and PEO Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S). Her experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing mission-critical programs, and supporting Department of Defense acquisition initiatives provides the strategic foundation that drives CMG’s commitment to delivering disciplined program management and operational excellence to federal clients.
